Spokane

Cheers to the people of Spokane for their kindness and support. I recently
spent 6 weeks on crutches, non-weight bearing, hobbling on one foot
followed by four weeks in a boot. I want to thank and commend the people
who went out of their way to help me. To the clerk at Fred Meyer on Thor
who taught me how to use the scooter and put the groceries in the car for
me, to the ticket taker at the Valley mall movie theater who carried
popcorn to my seat for me, to the random woman who helped to push my cart
to my car at Costco, to the bartender at the Clover restaurant who asked me
if I would like to use the lift rather than the stairs, you are just a few
of the people who made my recovery a little more enjoyable. I was amazed by
the random acts of kindness I received while going through this. You all
touched me in a special way. I sincerely thank you. Please continue to
be...just who you are. KK
