Why Not The Valley

Why can't we get a restaurant in the valley area. With all the quality
restaurants that go down town and fail. They ought to look in the Spokane
Valley. I'm not going downtown with no parking and so-called homeless
always looking for a hand-out. We have quite a few people here that want a
quality place to dine.
