They've been hit by cars and peeing in the streets, according to the Spokesman-Review's Twitter account. Now it's time to see what the hoopla is all about. Today at 4 pm, Spokane's Occupy Wall Street (slash Occupy Spokane) protesters will march at the intersection of Riverside and Monroe.
State Rep. Timm Ormsby, Spokane Democrats chairman David Smith, Rev. Happy Watkins and others will speak. And, just in case you're concerned with getting arrested, Tasered, pepper-sprayed, and/or you're considering breaking the law... read up on what the Occupy Wall Street arrest patterns look like.
For those who can't make it, The Inlander will be tweeting from the event and will give a blog recap afterwards.
