Tracy Morgan's Scare Tactics filmed in Spokane, er "Spokompton."

Watch this clip for the show Scare Tactics — which is like Tracy Morgan's version of Punk'd, except, unlike Ashton Kutcher, Morgan doesn't seem to travel around with the crew filming, he just sits in a wingback chair next to a fireplace (totally stealing our idea).

It posted in late October, and reports to be from "Spokompton, WA" but all we see is a crappy set in a white-walled warehouse, so it could have been shot in Kazakhstan (they have drywall and white people there, right?).

Anyway: anyone recognize this brother and sister duo of pranksters? Can you confirm they're Spokies?
