So if you're over 30 you will remember Bill of the Schoolhouse Rock fame on this week's cover. One of our challenges here is to try and make a nebulous topic like "Legislative Preview" interesting enough to pick up.

In the past we have focused on one issue or one politician, but this week we tried to have a little more fun with it.

This issue hits racks everywhere on Thursday.
