Latah Bistro

Latah has a menu in constant motion and a dedicated group of core followers. The bistro prefers to cook with fresh organic ingredients sourced in the Spokane area. Most everything on the menu can be made vegetarian, unless it is a protein-heavy dish where a hunk of substituted tofu just wouldn’t do. Latah’s pastas and pizzas are a good choice to go vegetarian. The herb gnocchi appetizer with roasted pumpkin is also recommended. (October 2012)
