Unlike Christmas with its thousands of songs, Halloween doesn’t have much in the way of memorable tunes you’ll sing year after year — we don’t Halloween carol for goodness sake. But still, playing the below songs will certainly get the right ambiance started in your home. These are perfect for carving up pumpkins to or just blasting extra loud and scaring the hell out of your neighbors.
1. “Heads Will Roll (Little Vampire Remix)” by Yeah Yeah Yeahs It's probably best to NOT take the song's advice and dance until you're dead. But hey, Karen O's voice is pretty demanding.
2.“Monster Mash” by Bobby Pickett This classic Halloween tune is made even scarier when you see Pickett's facials in action.
3.Toccata and Fugue in D minor by J.S. Bach
This is the type of music they're playing in the depths of hell right now. It is terrifying.
4. In the Hall of the Mountain King by Edward Grieg
OK, here's one more scary classical piece. It makes you wonder what some of these composers were going through.
5.But also, this AMAZING "Hall of the Mountain King" It's so bad, it's bad.
6.“Feed My Frankenstein” by Alice Cooper
Anyone who saw Cooper at last year's Spokane Arena show know that we're still "not worthy!"
7.“Cannibal” by Ke$ha This song takes the term “maneater” to the next level. The dance moves here alone are enough to give you nightmares.
8. “Burn the Witch” by Queens of the Stone Age Turn this one up to 11 and rage.
