PHOTOGRAPHER'S EYE: Tucker and Malone

The scene at Friday’s candidate forum between Spokane County Prosecutor Steve Tucker (R) and challenger Frank Malone (D, standing), at the Red Lion Inn at the Park. Before the event started, Tucker told The Inlander that he likely would not decide before the election whether to charge Deputy Brian Hirzel in the Aug. 25 shooting of a Spokane Valley pastor.
